iinet and Westnet decommission their hosted exchange
It has been announced that the iinet hosted exchange service and the Westnet hosted exchange service will cease as at the 30th April 2023.
This has left a lot of customers scrambling to migrate their mailboxes by the end of April.
The process can be challenging and daunting but before you migrate ensure you have the necessary credentials that allow you to change the DNS settings and display all the current mailboxes with their sizes.
Keeping historical emails is important so they need to be exported at the right time during the process. Following the process in order is imperative for a smooth migration to a new email service.
